2009 marks the 10^th anniversary of the National Policy on Older Persons (NPOP), but we are yet to implement the policy effectively. Our one-day workshop will dwell on the prospects of the NPOP; look at other major issues facing senior citizens; and draw up an agenda for the way forward with active initiatives by seniors themselves.
