1st October 2008
On the occasion of World Elders Day’2008 on 1st October’2008, Silver Inning Foundation organized a program for Elderly. The main purpose of this program was to provide a platform for Elderly to display their talents. This was not a competition between Elderly but a forum to encourage them to demonstrate their hidden talent. This idea came about during a meeting with members of FESCOM .Mr.Vijay Aundhe , General secretary of FESCOM reported that cultural programs are organized for seniors but no programs are held in which seniors perform for others. Information about this event was given on Silver Innings website www.silverinnings.com and through other net base groups.
